At ABM, we’re putting our customers first! We are committed to offering a shopping experience that’s not only exciting, but also one that provides our customers with a sense of security in everything they purchase from us. We know you’re human and mistakes can happen! That is why we are proud to announce the enhancement of our return policy allowing you to return product up to 365 days after purchase! That’s one whole YEAR of Button-ey Awesomeness! Are there exceptions? Truthfully, there are a couple: Product must be in new condition (no scratches, dents) and all packaging intact (no open bags, missing parts). We know many of our customers order product and then don’t open it or look at it sometimes for weeks. Realize you brought the wrong size 6 months ago? NO PROBLEM! That’s what we call BUTTON-EY AWESOMENESS!RETURN POLICIES
All returns must be made within 365 days of shipment and purchased by phone or from our website www.AmericanButtonMachines.com. Offer not valid for affiliate or re-seller websites. Please call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Returns must have an RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Without this number, packages will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. For verification purposes, the package must be shipped back to us with a carrier that can provide a tracking number. Original shipping charges will be deducted on returns for orders shipped under a free shipping offer. Customers are responsible for freight charges on all returned merchandise. Special order or custom merchandise, cutting dies, software, memberships, gift cards, items marked as non-returnable, discontinued items, shipping charges and other fees or charges are not refundable. While our return policy is very lenient, ABM reserves the right to deny a refund and/or issue a store credit in place of a refund if we determine that our return policy is being abused. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of our return policy. All standard returns are usually processed within one week of receipt.
All product and equipment MUST be in new, unused condition, in the original box and packaging, with unopened bags and seals intact. All button making kits and systems must be returned in their entirety, including button maker, paper cutter and all button supplies. All damaged equipment will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. This includes scratches, dents, missing pieces, non functioning and discoloration. Equipment boxes cannot be used as the shipping box. You must ship all equipment back in the original equipment box that is then placed in a separate outer box for protection. All returns are subject to a 15% or $9.99 restocking fee, whichever is greater.
Returns 1 to 30 days after shipment are eligible for a monetary refund.
Returns 31 days to 365 days after shipment are eligible for store credit only.

You accidentally ordered the wrong product? Please see above for our standard return policy. If you need an expedited solution please call our customer service team at 972-985-5074 so they may find the best options for your needs.
We accidentally shipped you the wrong product? Contact our Customer Support team so we may start working on a solution for you. We may ask questions or request photographs so we can determine what you received. If we are at fault, we will ship a replacement order using the original shipping method. We may also provide you with a prepaid return label and request an immediate return of the incorrect merchandise. All pre-paid shipping labels expire after 7 days. If the item is not returned within 14 days you will be charged for it.
If we cannot determine if a product was shipped incorrectly we will provide you with a prepaid return label and request an immediate return of the merchandise. We will evaluate the product once it is received and if it’s determined that we were not in error, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund along with any restocking fees.
